*The Author*

The author is an accountant turned aquaponic enthusiast. He quit his job in 2006 to focus on the upbringing of his family and had been working with aquaponics since 2012. In 2013, he created the CLAW System. He had won several accolades for the CLAW System he created. The accolades/recognition are:

2013 - Won GIGIH 2013. National level innovation competition organized by Agensi Innovasi Malaysia (AIM)

2014 - Won INNOFEST 2014. National level innovation competition organized by Universiti Teknologi Melaka Malaysia (UTEM)

2015 - Recognized by the United Nations under Blue Number Global Initiatives

2016 - Won PIAU 2016. State level innovation competition organized by Yayasan Innovasi Melaka

2017 - Recognized by Persatuan Peladang Daerah Alor Gajah as the District's Most Creative & Innovative Farmer
